Terms of Service(Draft)

These terms are between Quobo Labs (“Quobo”, “we”) and the travel agency that signs up (“you”). They cover your use of Quobo: the Console, your booking site and the traveler portal we run for you.

You decide what you collect from your travelers and why; we process it for you under the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms.

Traveler payments go to your own Stripe account. You are the merchant of record and deal with your travelers’ refunds and disputes.

New agencies start with a 14-day free trial. After it, a paid plan keeps the Console working.

Each version has a version label (shown above). When the terms change, the new version applies to new signups, and we record which version each agency accepted.
