Your agency decides why and how your travelers’ personal data is used (you are the controller). Quobo Labs processes it only to run Quobo for you (we are your processor).

Depending on what you collect, this can include:

• travelers’ names, email addresses, phone numbers and mailing addresses;
• dates of birth, passport numbers and other travel documents;
• booking, cabin, payment and message history;
• your team’s names and email addresses.

• Every record belongs to one agency, and the database itself refuses to show it to any other agency.
