This policy explains how Quobo Labs handles personal data about the people who sign up for and use Quobo. Travelers’ data is handled for each agency under its own privacy policy and our Data Processing Agreement with it.

• When you sign up: your name, email address, your agency’s details, and the time, IP address and browser you accepted our terms from.
• When you sign in: a session cookie that keeps you signed in on your agency’s site.
• When you use the product: what you create in it, and error reports with personal data removed.
• Emails sent through the product record when they are opened and clicked, including IP address and browser.
