App Terms of Use
Effective September 21, 2026
These terms cover your use of the Labs - Travel app for iPhone (it appears as “Travel” on your phone) and the traveler pages it opens — together, “the app”. The app is published by Quobo Labs, LLC (“Quobo”, “we”). By using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. What the app is
The app is a way to see and manage trips you booked with a travel agency that uses Quobo: your bookings, what you have paid and what is due, your documents, and messages with your agency. You sign in with the email address your agency has for you.
2. Your travel agency sells the travel — we don't
Your travel agency sells and arranges your trip and is responsible for it: the booking, the price, changes, cancellations and refunds, and — together with the cruise line and other suppliers — the travel itself. Your agency’s own terms and conditions, on its website, apply to your booking. Quobo provides the software your agency uses. We are not a travel agent, tour operator or carrier, we are not a party to your booking, and we do not sell travel. Questions about a booking go to your agency.
3. Payments
When you pay a deposit, an installment, an add-on or a travel insurance premium through the app, you are paying your travel agency. Card and bank payments are taken on a payment page run by Stripe, on your agency’s own Stripe account; we never see or store your full card number. If your agency accepts other ways to pay, such as Zelle, Venmo or a check, that payment happens outside the app. Receipts and refunds come from your agency. Quobo does not sell anything to travelers.
4. The app is free
The app is free to download and use. It has no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no digital goods.
5. Using the app properly
- Use your own account, and keep your email account and your phone secure.
- Use the app lawfully, and give accurate details — your travel documents depend on them.
- Do not try to reach anyone else’s booking, or to disrupt, probe or copy the service.
- In messages and in roommate matching, do not harass, threaten or deceive anyone, and do not post anything unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit or spam, or someone else’s private details.
Reporting. If you see content or behavior in the app that you find objectionable — for example in a roommate introduction — report it to your travel agency or to hello@quobo.co. Content that breaks these rules may be removed, and your agency or we may suspend or end the access of anyone who breaks them.
Roommate matching, where an agency offers it, is an introduction only. Neither your agency nor Quobo screens or vouches for another traveler; whether to talk to, meet or share a cabin with someone is your own decision.
6. Apple
You download the app from Apple’s App Store, and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”) applies to your license to use the app. These terms are between you and Quobo Labs, LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it.
7. Availability, and no warranty
The app depends on the internet, on your agency’s account and on other companies’ services, so it may be unavailable at times, and it may change. What you see in it — prices, dates, documents — comes from your agency, and a copy saved for offline use can be out of date; check anything important, such as boarding times and passport rules, with your agency or the cruise line. To the extent the law allows, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Quobo is not liable for the travel services themselves, for anything your agency or a travel supplier does or fails to do, or for indirect or consequential losses; and our total liability to you for claims about the app will not be more than US $50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
9. Ending, and changes
You can stop using the app at any time, and you can delete your sign-in in the app (My Profile → Delete my account). Your agency decides who has access to its trips. We may update these terms; when we do, we change the effective date above, and by continuing to use the app you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
11. Privacy and contact
How your information is handled is set out in the App Privacy Policy. For help, see Support. For anything about a booking, contact your travel agency. For anything about the app, write to Quobo Labs, LLC at hello@quobo.co.
